I got the audit letter from the state of Maryland and I had the opportunity to go on the audit with Sherrie.
After about 1 ½ hours, the auditor stated “that everything was so organized and this was the best audit that she has done” the tax binder was everything that Sherrie said it was “AUDIT PROOFED”.
The auditor stated that “many taxpayer’s think that they can use estimates” and we had our mileage log, proof of every deduction, our rental property expenses, everything.
And just think, Sherrie would always “jam me up” about my portion of the binder, my husband always did what Sherrie asked him to do, but me, I always thought that she was asking for “way tooooo much stuff”. Now I see the value and the peace of mind that it provides. I’m a believer now, and falling in line.

I’ve raised the money for Maryland’s 20% down payment, been able to adjust my exemptions and take home a whole lot less, and pay Maryland back their $1,300 per month, monthly payment.
