Q: Can I cancel a bill payment once I have submitted it to SavvyBillPay.com?
A: Once a bill payment has been submitted there is a short grace period while the bill payment is in the "Order Processing" stage when it can be cancelled (typically within 1 hour of being submitted). After this grace period, orders in the "Order Processing" stage become ineligible for cancellation. Payment cancellations, if available, can be requested from the "My Account" page by clicking on the "Details" link for a payment. If the payment is still eligible for cancellation, a "Cancel This Check" button will be visible. Click on this button to cancel the payment.

Q: Can I cancel a payment with "Check Issued" or "Check Cashed" status?
A: No. Once a bill payment has entered the "Check Issued" or subsequent "Check Cashed" status it can no longer be cancelled. For this reason, it is very important that you verify the accuracy of a bill payment before you approve it.

A: SavvyBillPay.com fees are not refundable. The only exception is if an order is cancelled during the grace period in the "Order Processing" stage (typically within 1 hour of being submitted).
